Contains 12 10 oz packages of Ahi Tuna cubes and 12 delicious Japanese Shoyu poke sauces. Shoyu is similar to soy sauce. Traditionally, Chinese soy sauce is 100% fermented soy beans. In shoyu, the Japanese altered the recipe to equal parts soy and wheat. Brewing the soy beans with wheat adds a subtle sweet flavor resulting in a more rounded and less harsh flavor.
